At LookPeer, we want customers to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains when a return, replacement or refund request may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, missing major parts/accessories, or significantly different from the item ordered.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted if the product is used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging/tags, returned without order proof, or reported after the return window. Minor color variation due to lighting, photography or screen settings may not be treated as a defect.

Return Request Process

To request a return, email us at contect.tanishka@gmail.com with your order ID, registered contact details, reason for return and clear photos/videos of the product and package.

Quality Check

Returned products may be inspected before approval. Refund or replacement will be processed only after the item meets our return eligibility conditions.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Final credit time may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the issue is due to a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will guide you through the return process. In other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
